Union Construction Alliance Group Inc (UCAG) provides services in Industrial and commercial pipe and equipment insulation, utilidor, glycol and steam heat tracing, removable covers and blankets and hazardous materials abatement including asbestos, mold, lead, mercury, and PCP’s.

Staffing in the company includes qualified operations managers, senior construction supervisors, project estimators, Gold Seal Certified National Construction Safety Officer (N.C.S.O,) and ticketed journeymen insulators. To support these individuals Union Construction Alliance Group Inc (UCAG) employees a number of competently skilled labor personnel, maintaining approximately 80-100 employees year-round in this Division. The company maintains a staff that is trained in industry regulations including Occupational Health & Safety. Company employees are provided with the highest standard of safety training. Supervisors are a trained in Leadership for Safety Excellence and all employees are trained in, H2S Alive, Construction Safety Training System (CSTS), Company specific Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS), TDG, Standard First Aid with level C CPR and AED, and in performing hazard assessments.
